CSPM is a pain management practice serving the pain management needs of the North Georgia and Tennessee Valley areas. Our state-of-the-art, ambulatory surgery center is staffed with caring professionals to provide you with compassionate, accessible healthcare and assist you in achieving your goal of eliminating pain from your daily life. Our goal is to relieve chronic pain through a comprehensive program of interventional pain management to maximize your outcome.
