Construction of a new free-standing Retail Automotive Service Facility in Dawsonville, Georgia. Complete site development and new construction of a 6,386 SF auto service/retail store in Dawson County. Includes site work & building construction: concrete slab-on-grade, masonry, structural steel & joists, TPO membrane roof, E.I.F.S., doors & hardware, glass storefronts, overhead doors, metal stud framing & drywall, acoustical ceilings, floor coverings, painting, toilet accessories, plumbing HVAC, electrical and fire alarm system.

Client: SI & Sons Investment, L.L.C.
New construction of a 4,868 SF retail building. When finished, the center will consist of three individual retail spaces.

Demolition of existing showroom and removal of existing offices to make way for addition of 17,770 SF of showroom, quick lube, truck service shop, car wash and customer waiting. Includes new office layout, interior finishes, roof systems, and parking lot improvements.
