My law office is located in Rockmart Georgia where I have practiced continuously since 1987. My practice consists primarily of representing individuals who have been seriously injured as a result of the negligence of others. A majority of my cases involve clients who have been injured in motor vehicle wrecks, but I also represent clients in various other types of liability claims involving personal injury.
I practice in courts throughout the State of Georgia. Rockmart is located in Polk County, Ga. and is less than 30 minutes from Cedartown, Cartersville (Bartow County), Dallas and Hiram (Paulding County), Rome (Floyd County), Bremen (Haralson County), and Western Cobb County. I serve clients in all of these areas.
Often, the amount of insurance coverage available to compensate you for personal injury, medical bills, and lost wages is more than just the basic liability limits of the at-fault party. It is common that other policies will also provide coverage by way of additional liability or uninsured motorist coverages. The insurance adjuster for the at-fault party is not working for you and is probably not checking to find out about these other coverages. You should never sign a release of your injury claim for less than you think it is worth unless you have hired an attorney to fully investigate whether all available coverage is being utilized.
