Like the city of Newnan in which we are located, Georgian Place is proud of our southern charm, historic character and friendly people. Newnan is a growing and prosperous city located 30 minutes southwest of Atlanta just off of I-85. Newnans vibrant downtown area with services, specialty shops and unique restaurants is a favorite destination for our residents.
Our beautiful senior living community is located in a quiet area surrounded by wooded lots. Large rocking chair porches are perfect for entertaining family and friends on warm summer evenings. Services and amenities include a beauty/barber shop, scheduled transportation, paid utilities (except phone) and a variety of life-enriching activities. Among the favorite events of our residents are the casino nights, peanut auctions and candlelight dinners.
Assisted living apartments are offered in three floor plansstudio, one bedroom or one bedroom deluxeand each has plenty of room for personal furnishings and decorations. Personal care and services allow each resident to choose the best lifestyle for their needs.
Retirement living apartments are available with one or two bedrooms, and each is equipped with a full kitchen and a porch or balcony. Each unit also has washer/dryer connections.
