The company, which is fully insured, was founded in 1987 to provide quality residential real estate appraisals and consulting services. We specialize in all types of residential properties including: custom luxury residences, pre-construction, historic and restored homes, condominiums, 2 - 4 unit income properties, employee relocation, acreage, and commercial properties.

Daniel Fries, SRA has been exclusively engaged as an appraiser since February, 1983. He has been president and chief appraiser of Daniel Fries & Associates since 1987. He received the prestigious SRA designation in from the Atlanta Appraisal Institute in 1990. He is also a designated member of the Atlanta Appraisal Institute where he has held various committee chairs and has served on the Atlanta Appraisal Institute Board of Directors. Gerald Bryant, MAI, SRA, heads up our Commercial Division.

Gerald Bryant, MAI, SRA has been an appraiser since 1985. He received his SRA designation in 1985 and his MAI designation in 2002. Gerald is also the past President of the Atlanta Appraisal Institute.
