Founded in 1973, the Pierce Yoga Program is Atlanta's oldest yoga center, well known for our small, individualized classes. We offer group classes and private instruction in Beginning through Advanced Yoga, Yoga with Weight Training and Free Weights, Breathing and Meditation, Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Childbirth Education.
Our uniquely all-inclusive Pregnancy Program provides more than just Yoga Excercise and Breathing, it provides support and education throughout your entire pregnancy. This is truly a body/mind/spirit program for your pregnant year and beyond. Our building also houses The Pregnancy Massage Center and Morningside Acupuncture, both emphasizing women's health, pregnancy and fertility.
We specialize in adapting yoga exercises to your particular needs. Our studios and offices in Atlanta's Virginia-Highland neighborhood provide a peaceful, nurturing environment.
