(2)When I return to get my pet after boarding, he is always in good shape and looks like he's been well taken care of. I chose you in 2007 when I moved to GA because of your cage free environment. When I found out you had someone at the facility 24/7, I was sold. Prior to PPP, I used another national kennel because someone was there 24/7, but I paid extra for out of kennel play periods. I love the people who take care of my pet because they love my pet too! They definitely seem to care about the dogs as individuals and take the time to get to know each of them....as well as get to know the "parents" and family members who will drop off or pick up the dogs. They take time with each person during drop off and pick up. you don't feel rushed. They keep me informed about my dog and her day. I feel my dog is in a safe place each day playing and being cared for.....and she loves it!!!
