We founded by Erby Pennington in 1956 and are still located in the original building. We have always been a family-owned company and have earned a reputation for service, courtesy and value-for-money.
Most people know us as a great tire store. Pennington Tire Co. Auto Care Center has grown significantly over the past few years by adding many automotive care services. We now offer neatly every automotive service imaginable, with few specialized exceptions.
It may seem old-fashioned to some, but we work hard to maintain our good name – because we take pride in our work and skills (Our technicians are ASE certified) and because we know that our customers deserve the very best.

Our reputation requires honesty. We will brief you on ALL the work required. We don’t take the easy option. We’d rather lose a sale than our good name. Do not be misled by our buildings. We left them with the old time charm of days gone by as we purchased new state of the art equipment. Our computer-controlled processes include tire balancing, wheel alignment, electrical and A/C diagnostics.
Our Tire Technicians are continually training to keep up with the latest tire technology.
