Neurology Associates, LLP, is a highly regarded neurological group in central Georgia, established in the early 1980s when the founding members of the group concluded that the neurological needs of Central Georgia would best be served by a dedicated single specialty group committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care for the entire spectrum of conditions encountered by neurologists. These conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease, Alzheimers Disease, stroke, epilepsy, and headache, among others.
Since its inception, Neurology Associates has been comprised of expertly trained and highly skilled physicians. The profiles of the individual neurologists are available on this website. We continue to be the only neurological group in this geographic region to provide the required neurological education and training of medical students and residents at the Mercer Medical School and the Medical Center of Central Georgia. We also remain the only group to provide volunteer staffing of the indigent neurology clinic at the Medical Center, bringing quality neurological care to those who could not otherwise afford it. Members of Neurology Associates also participate in clinical research trials.
Neurology Associates currently consists of eight board certified neurologists and a supportive staff of thirty, including RNs, LPNs, and trained technicians. Our neurodiagnostic center features expert, convenient, and patient-friendly testing, including MRI scanning with the latest 1.5 Tesla GE scanner and electrophysiological analysis with state-of-the art EMG and EEG equipment. The neurodiagnostic laboratory is directed by subspecialty certified neurologists, including the only EMG/EEG board certified neurologists in this region. Our MRI center has be accrediated by the American College of Radiology.
This website has been designed to provide our patients and the community with information about Neurology and our office. We hope this will enable us to more effectively assist our patients and our referring medical providers. Our office and testing center are conveniently located with on-site parking.
