They Want to Go
Strong Families Know How to Get There

Is There an Answer?
The family is considered the bedrock of culture. So goes the family, so goes the strength of our society and its culture. Many families are considered good in our society. These families have an idea what is important to the home, contributing to the world, raising children, and being good citizens in society. But there is a difference between a good family and a strong one. What is this difference?
The big difference between the two is that strong families know how to get there. They have a sense of mission and purpose about where they are going, and they are clear about it. They develop and employ specific skills and have ways to measure the success of their efforts in reaching these goals.
The Institute for Family Strength was formed in 1987 by professional counselor and life coach Dr. Joseph Wolstencroft with the distinct vision to provide the professional resources to build strong homes.
