Established in May of 1994, The Summit Group was organized by three seasoned veterans of the commercial real estate industry, bringing over sixty years of combined experience. The founding partners sought to establish an organization where teamwork and cooperation would flourish. All brokers would receive the synergistic benefits from combining expertise and knowledge. In a structure similar to an accounting firm or law firm, the top producers are motivated to reach sales objectives by the potential to receive an increased share of profits, typically paid to the parent company. This innovative spirit of collaboration was new to Middle Georgia’s real estate market.
The Summit Group’s corporate identity was intentionally selected to represent a cooperative business environment and to avoid specific association with individuals and personalities.
