A&A Vending Service was founded in 1995 with a handful of machines and big aspirations. We learned as we grew and listened to our customers. They helped us develop our market strategy and operating guidelines. Today we enjoy a leading position in our marketplace, servicing a majority of the businesses requiring full service vending and providing cafeterias, catering and office coffee service to select customers. However, we do not take our success for granted. We recognize that our good standing is only a temporary circumstance and we must earn your trust each day.
We have an Experienced Customer Service & Route Team
The backbone of every vending operation is its route team and we have an experienced and committed group of people filling this role. All of our route personnel are thoroughly screened and drug tested, wear uniforms and have been trained to perform their job with care and attention to details. Our territory managers and supervisors regularly visit our customer accounts, inspect the job we are doing and check with our customers to insure their needs are being met.
We use Handheld Computers for Better ServiceOur route personnel are equipped with handheld computers to electronically record and store the data from our route activities. This allows us to tightly control all cash transactions insuring that our reporting accurately reflects the activities in our machines. It also provides us with valuable information about the consumer behavior in our customer accounts.
We have continuous contact capabilities with all our route personnel through cellular communications and GPS tracking and our significant route density means we are never very far away from our customer locations. All of our delivery trucks are equipped with refrigeration to transport food and heat sensitive snack products during the summer.
