Sullivan House is a traditional antebellum wedding & reception hall in Powder Springs, Georgia that has graciously opened its doors and spacious seven-acre grounds to the public to share and enjoy its southern charm.
The tremendous expanse of lawn and grounds is ideal for those bridal dreams of a grand outdoor wedding and reception. A magnificent 35 foot magnolia tree graces the circular Arrival Court and the Grand Procession Walkway, which is lined with fragrant seasonal annuals and perennials. The Front Gazebo, nestled under old oak trees, provides the perfect setting for a gathering of family and friends to view the beauty and grace of the natural surroundings. The Back Gazebo is also available for wedding ceremonies, as is our beautiful Pavilion for those grande garden receptions.
The interior of Sullivan House features a flaired stairway opening to the Formal Dining Hall, a music room with dance floor and large fireplace, and a spacious screened porch for dining and socializing with family and friends. The Bridal Preparation Room can be used two hours prior to the wedding ceremony and throughout the reception. The Bar Room is available for the groom and groomsmen to hide away in prior to the ceremony. From intimate heavy hor'doeurvers to grande garden affairs to formal seated dinners, Sullivan House can accommodate your dream wedding.
Sullivan House has Basic Booking Packages and Full Premier Packages. Our Events Coordinator will help you plan the perfect package for your event.
