Established in 1977, Conrad Construction Company is a Savannah, Georgia based corporation engaged primarily in the erection of concrete formwork. We have successfully handled all types of concrete structures, ranging from industrial foundations to multistory frames for hotels, office buildings, parking garages, condominiums, hospitals, etc.

In our 33 years, Conrad Construction has completed projects for many major developers such as Marriott Ownership Resorts, Kessler Enterprises, Greenwood Development, and Spinnaker Resorts.

Conrad is proud to have built 90 percent of the concrete frame buildings on Hilton Head Island, SC, including the Hotel Intercontinental (now Westin Resort), as well as a majority of the larger hotels in Savannah, such as the Hyatt Regency. However, our work is not limited to the Savannah / Hilton Head area; having successfully performed work from Northern Florida into North Carolina.

A large portion of our work is negotiated. This is accomplished by working as part of a team that includes the General Contractor, Developer, Architect, and Structural Engineer to help determine the most cost efficient design for a particular project. Conrad Construction is bondable on all of its contracts.
