Tired of Boring Lessons?
Then check this book out! Finally, a book that can make sense out of boring theory, a book that doesn't shove 5,000 chords down your throat, and a book that actually teaches musical concepts and improvisation–not how to play "Hot Cross Buns"....
Welcome to Pladd Dot Music! We're the coolest music store in the Southeast! We have a dedicated staff of retail employees ready to help you with all of your musical needs!
Each one of our employees and instructors is a working musician. We all perform regularly and know what it's like to be "in the trenches". It's our goal to make your buying (or learning) experience the absolute best that it can be.
We're proud to launch of our new e-commerce business. From here, you can find great deals on the brands in our retail location. For our local customers, you can also print out coupons and come into the store to shop.
What could be better? We're the perfect combination. The convenience and price of internet stores–with a real "brick and mortar" shop. And of course the friendliest musicians to help you out!
Pladd Dot Music is also the exclusive distributor in the US for Brands like: RMV Support, Chris Mitchell Guitars, and Mitchell Amplifiers. We are proud of our brands and look forward to sharing them with the world! We're now celebrating a little over a year in our new retail location. We'll be launching our new warehouse soon so check back often for specials and in-store events!
Congratulations to Shelley Stokes for winning a Chris Mitchell "Margaret" guitar!!! Shelley was one of the 90 contestants in the drawing at the Bulloch County Technology fair.

Pladd Dot Music was pleased to participate in the 2010 Technology fair for Bulloch County and we look forward to the next one in 6 months! We pride ourselves with working with the community and giving back as much as we can. We were able to set up a mobile recording studio and demonstrate just how simple modern recording can be.
This song is dedicated to the hard working teachers of Georgia. It's called the "Convocation Blues". It was written and recorded at the 2010 Bulloch County Technology Fair by Chris Mitchell. ENJOY!!!
