Baker Appraisal Company is a multipurpose full service real estate appraisal company providing appraisals, evaluations, and consulting services for all types of residential properties in Georgia & South Carolina. We offer quality professional appraisal services, with an HONEST, EXPERT, and SUPPORTED opinion. Specializing in all aspects of residential real estate, it is our goal, to not only provide you with a real estate appraisal, but also provide you with professionalism you can count on.

We provide real estate appraisal services for 7 counties in Georgia and 2 counties in South Carolina (See Our Coverage Page). We are FHA approved in both states and provide appraisals for all residential property including manufactured homes.
