Have you ever looked at your pet and thought, 'oh, it's just a cat'? If so, our clinic probably isn't what you're looking for. At the Cat Clinic of North Georgia, we emphasize quality care, and specialize in humane and compassionate care. We don't cut corners, employ low-cost procedures or use any product that isn't feline-safe.
Your cat isn't just a pet, they're a part of your family. And just like humans, they may get in accidents, become ill, need teeth extracted, develop diseases, tumors and cancers. Often, cats are so self-sufficient that when they are ill they mask all symptoms and carry on stoically. When your cat needs to see a veterinarian, why go to the neighborhood vet who sees all different kinds of animals?
Not all animals are created alike. A cat's internal system operates differently than a dog or other household pets. At the Cat Clinic of North Georgia, cats are our specialty. There are no dogs, birds or other animals here to stress, tease or tempt your furry friend, just the best medical care available for your feline pal. Dr. Jill Pruett will treat your cat with the utmost care, drawing from her years of specialized study and work in feline-only clinics. Dr. Pruett's expertise allows her to understand the workings of a cat's internal system better than a regular veterinarian who may just be a generalist in dealing with all sorts of animal physiologies (cats, dogs, horses, reptiles, hamsters, etc.). From wellness exams to vaccinations to sick cat care, surgeries, blood work and geriatric cat care, Dr. Pruett and the staff at the Cat Clinic of North Georgia offer the finest treatment available.
Our hospital features digital radiography and an in-house lab so your cats' visit will be as stress-free as possible, and a diagnosis can be made quickly. We use products and vaccines that have been specially formulated and tested for cats. Additionally, we feature Companion Laser Therapy, a laser system designed to stimulate healing as well as for use in wound care and arthritis. Learn more about it here.
We understand cats and the owners who love their cats!
