The Fudge Factory is a second-generation candy business, established in 1982. We specialize in handmade Southern confections and hand-dipped chocolates. For over twenty-five years, we have combined quality ingredients and time-tested recipes to create an outstanding product line you are sure to enjoy. Besides fudge, we offer freshly made pralines, brittles, divinity, toffee, truffles, and our famous caramel items including caramel dipped apples and "Dahlonega Nuggets" with Georgia pecans covered in caramel and milk chocolate.
