Hi my name is Jane Carpenter and I am the owner of Happy Dog Fat Cat Board and Bath. Our business exists because of the love of animals. The desire of all of us here at HDFC is that the pets staying with us be comfortable and happy. We all spoil our own pets regularly and do our best to meet the needs of the pampered pets that come stay with us.

Happy Dog Fat Cat was established in 1997. I also have fifteen years experience as a veterinarian technician, formerly showed horses and dogs, have volunteered with several humane societies, and continue to be a lifetime rescuer of stray/injured animals. My own animal family includes 5 dogs, 6 cats, 5 fowl birds, 2 donkeys, 4 sheep, 7 goats, 2 pigs, and a lizard named Herman! You might also meet our kennel kitties, Joe cat and T-Rex.

What I love most about this business are the pets and the people. Having a boarding kennel has been a longtime dream that the good Lord has blessed me with. Caring for animals is constant and continuous-and you have to have the heart for it. The heart of HDFC is always for the animals and their well-being. When the pets staying here are happy, then we are happy!
