Dr. Steven T. Greenhaw, M.D. is available to provide you and your family with the best ophthalmic and optometric care possible.
Dr. Greenhaw specializes in diseases and surgery of the eye including small incision cataract surgery with lens implantation using, among others, the ReStor Multifocal Lens. He also specializes in corneal, glaucoma and strabismus surgery when indicated.
Dr. Greenhaw also provides general eye exams for glasses and contact lenses including astigmatism, bifocal, multifocal, soft lenses, RGP and sports vision. In addition, he features low vision evaluations for patients with special visual needs.
Your Eye Exam....
You will need to allow at least one hour for your examination. Your initial evaluation is usually extensive and may take longer should additional tests or procedures be needed. Your eyes will be dilated at the time of your appointment temporarily impairing your vision so alternative transportation may be needed.
Please bring with you to your appointment:
A list of all medications, eye or otherwise, including dosages and instructions
Your glasses and/or contact lenses
To expedite your visit please complete any forms provided to you prior to your visit and bring them to the office with you. We accept Medicare and Medicaid assignments and participate in several health plans. Depending on your insurance and deductible requirements, your co-payment or charges will be due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made prior to your visit.
Scheduling is very important!! Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment!!
