For Adult Fellowship with Purpose we will be talking about FaithWorks and “Ring my Bell.” For Today’s Children's Fellowship with Purpose (upstairs above the parish hall) Amanda Roper will continue working with the children preparing for the upcoming Christmas program. It is going to be a blast!

Choral Concert SUNDAY at 3:00PM the St Mark’s Chancel Choir and the Glynn Academy Concert Choir will present “A Song for Our Children.” A benefit concert for the infants and mothers of our community. This concert will feature the Requiem of John Rutter and other pieces. This event is to support FaithWorks, your admission charge is a box of diapers (children or adult) and/or a “Blankie Bear” (available at Target/Wal-Mart, etc). WHAT A BREAKFAST, WHAT A CHURCH, WHAT A MINISTRY……Please make a special effort to be present in worship next week also. The Sunday before Thanksgiving, November 21st, is our Ingathering Sunday. Bring your appetite and pledge brochure for the offering plate and we'll see you there!

The Men’s Luncheon will be held Tuesday, November 16th, at noon, at IHOP on Hwy 341. All men are welcome to join us.
St. Mary's Guild is preparing “Ditty Bags” for the International Sea-farers House for Christmas. Items needed for the Bags include toiletries, non-perishable food and snacks, clothing items (e.g. socks, hand-kerchiefs, baseball caps, watchmen hats, communication items (pens, paper, phone cards) Bibles, books, Sudoku, crossword puzzles etc. for men, women and children.
Your help is still needed… during the month of November we celebrate Thanksgiving. We would like you to thank God for all he has done for you and your family. We are asking you to bless other families less fortunate than you, by bringing in more food than you usually do. The food pantries in this county are facing the winter months with very low supplies to help others. We will be collecting all month please leave you donations in the vestibule or at Egmont Street entrance.
Saint Mark’s Year Book? Now that we've begun to grow and many of us have switched services (we've even celebrated new babies!) it's time again to publish a pictorial parish directory. The good news is that we won't immediately be blocking the exits with cameras! But on be-half of our ministries coordinator Micki Turk, I would prayerfully re-quest that you email (or drop by the church and we'll scan) a recent picture of you and/or your family by THANKSGIVING. We hope to have the Pictorial Parish Directory done by the first of the year.
