Dr. David Fowler is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon believing in conservative and alternative methods of care - opting for surgery only if needed. Dr. Fowler has been recognized by his peers as one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in the city of Atlanta. Dr. Fowler's practice is structured such that you do not go through a succession of secondary providers (physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, etc). The office is equipped to handle immediate as well as chronic problems, always trying to integrate the doctrine of preventative care in all treatment plans.

Patient Centered Care:
Dr. Fowler strives to create an environment where phones are answered by actual staff members and phone calls to staff members are returned whenever possible within the same day. CCOSM staff members try their hardest to give personalized service whenever possible.
We strive to respect our patients by maintaining an efficient schedule. While they do occur, long patient waits are not the norm.
For the convenience of our patients, our office suite has an outside entrance, right off of the sidewalk, next to the handicap parking spaces.
