I believe that most of our problems arise out of the simple lack of skills and know-how. That what we've been doing hasn't been working, and that we need to unlearn what we've been believing and learn new ways of seeing ourselves and how we relate to others.

As a therapist who has taken this journey herself (personally I traveled from lonely, frustrated and confused to love, intimacy with others, a great marriage, career satisfaction and peace), I experienced for myself this re-learning. And like learning to jog, it takes work and time and commitment. But you are worth it. Now I whole heartedly pass along the relief, healing and teaching of psychotherapy to others.
