Extensively trained at the Culinary Institute of America in
New York, Chef Robert Gayle has demonstrated his superior
talents and his creative abilities for more than 15 years to
some of Americas most recognizable celebrities including
Russell Simmons, P. Diddy, L.A. Reid, Jennifer Lopez, Akon,
Lethon Flowers, and Dikembe Mutombo.
Known to many as “Chef Rob, his fascination with culinary
arts began when he obtained his first job at age 13, working
as a steward in Brooklyn, New York. While in high school,
