Thermographic Imaging- Infrared (IR) scanning can revel a number of hidden problems, or concealed damage, that can not be seen with the human eye. It can revel, water intrusion, roof leaks, heat and energy losses, missing insulation, electrical problems that could result in a fire hazard, plumbing stoppages, even termite nests. Larger electrical installations utilize IR scans as part of their annual preventive maintenance program to identify potential problems before they become an issue.
