Magpie Caterers offers food and menus inspired by the fresh, high-quality ingredients available to us seasonally, with an emphasis on those from the Central Valley and Northern California. We provide a wide range of service from breakfast drop-offs to private hors d'oeuvres parties and full service weddings.
Magpie Caterers Market and Cafe offers seasonal and local fare, beer and wine, for dine-in and take-away. We're open Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 9pm. The Cafe is located at 1409 R Street, on the R Street corridor in the newly restored Perfection Bakery building.

From board rooms and break rooms to the California State Capitol, Magpie Caterers brings food of the highest standards to places of work and business. Our menus range from breakfast buffets and plated lunches with full service to company dinners and holiday receptions. Our food reflects both the cultural and agricultural bounties of California and the Central Valley. The sample menus presented on this page represent some of the types of services we provide. Event menus are written based on seasonality and on your needs and preferences.
