WELCOME to the SAMARITAN COUNSELING CENTER of Northeast Georgia!
The Samaritan Counseling Center is an interfaith counseling service of qualified professionals who provide confidential, compassionate services to individuals, families, and community groups with respect for personal beliefs and values. We incorporate the elements of mind, body, spirit, and community into counseling and psychotherapy, educational, and consultation services.
Established in response to expressed community and congregational needs, the Center is dedicated to helping the whole person and to providing educational and growth opportunities.
The First Steps
We recognize that many people seeking counseling services are in significant distress and might be reluctant to contact professional help. At Samaritan Counseling Center, we believe we have made it easier for those in distress to get the services they want.

Call our main office number (706) 369-7911 between 9 and 3 to speak with our administrative assistant. Please explain what type of services you are looking for, a brief description of the reason for services, your contact information, any insurance information, and if you have a specific therapist you would like to see. We can usually make an appointment for you right then.
If no one is available, leave a message on our general voicemail (Extension 220) for a return call. Either a therapist or our office manager will call back to schedule an appointment.
Paperwork can be downloaded so you can fill it out at your leisure and bring it to the first appointment.
