Vascular Institute of Georgia is devoted to the early diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases. Vascular disease refers to disturbances of blood flow outside of the heart and throughout the body, more frequently known as peripheral vascular disease.
Vascular Institute of Georgia deals with all aspects of peripheral vascular problems. These can be arterial (blood flow from the heart carrying oxygen and nourishment to the tissues) or venous (blood flow that returns from the tissues to the heart).
The medical staff at the Vascular Institute of Georgia includes six highly trained physicians who are board certified in vascular surgery. We share a commitment to our patients to provide the highest standard of vascular care in a professional and caring environment.
It is increasingly more important that we become better informed about all aspects of our general health and daily living in order to better care for ourselves and our loved ones. Our aim at the Vascular Institute of Georgia is to provide you with accurate and up to date information regarding vascular care.
We strive to earn the respect and confidence of our patients. If a patient experiences a medical problem outside our specialty, we will work closely with his or her primary care physician or other specialist. Open channels of communication assure increased patient satisfaction and positive treatment outcomes.
