Hightower Falls is a private group facility with a park-like setting on 100 acres and is available for special occasions. The 80-foot cascading waterfall and circa 1850 stone gristmill ruins are tucked away in the North Georgia hills.

The "BACK PORCH" building accommodates parties, weddings, reunions, business meetings, dinners, church groups and clubs. It seats up to 100 people inside (for functions which utilize the outdoor areas as well, we can accommodate a much greater number), is fully decorated, has a fireplace, dance area, kitchen facilities, and a view of the falls.

The "Cottage" is available for individuals or small groups up to 25 people. It contains a large sitting/meeting room, kitchen, bath and bedroom.

Also located on the property are 12 Camping Cabins, each accommodating 4 persons (6 Queen beds, 24 bunk beds) and include electricity, mattresses, and ceiling fans. Seven cabins are insulated and include both an air-conditioner and heater. Bathhouse facilities and a large covered pavillion for outdoor activities are also available. You only need to bring your own linens.

Picnic areas are dotted along the edge of the mountain stream; there are woodland trails for hiking and a recreational field is available for outdoor activities.
