Sharon Smith-Lamb is the Director of S.S. and Company Water Fitness.
Sharon has served as a fitness trainer and consultant for various county facilities, hospitals, schools, health clubs and special needs groups. She is active in developing aquatics with privately owned facilities for physicians and therapists as well as for various county departments of aging through human services. Sharon is also an active member of the Florida and Georgia Recreation and Parks Associations.
Sharon's experience includes being an Instructor Trainer, the Dekalb County Lou Walker Senior Center, Aquatic manager at The Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club, Hammock Dunes Club, as well as various other locations where her instructors deliver Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program classes. Sharon is also a Red Cross Lifeguard Trainer, CPR Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, Water Fitness Instructor and Trainer and Certified Pool Operator.

Jim Lamb is the Co-owner of S.S. and Company Water Fitness.

Jim is an instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation teaching Certified Pool Operators Courses, Aquatic Play Features Courses, and Aquatic Risk Management. He is also a Red Cross Lifeguard and an S.S. and Company Water Fitness Instructor. He is available for consulting for new facilities operations management assessments and facility make-over inspections. Jim can help you to become pro-active rather than re-active in your daily operations and your long term planing for your facility. Jim is also an active member of the Florida and Georgia Recreation and Parks Associations.
