Just a little about me... I am a very straight forward type of Realtor. I tell it like it is... in a very soft, friendly and easy to understand way.
I do not pressure anyone into Buying or Selling. I will always listen to what you have to say and what you want. Of course if you want my opinion I will give it, if not I will respect that as well. The only thing I am interested in doing is what you think is best for you.
When I represent you I will do my very best as a professional negotiator to try and save you as much money as possible as I have done with so many other Clients before you.

In the past few years the internet has opened up the property search process greatly for buyers. Which is great. But this has also created some problems. Such as; when buyers are contacting multiple agents to look at different properties. Each of those agents are thinking you are working with them, when that may not be the case at all.

I know that when I represent any Buyer, I use a lot of my time, energy and resources to find you the best possible deals out there. And with the issue mentioned above I have one request of you... and that is to be loyal to me and the services I bring to you. You and I will become a team with purely your interests in mind. So I just ask that you do not contact other agents. It can cause conflict and hurt feelings for everyone involved and none of us want that.
