Regulation E Opt In?
Have you "Opted-In" under the new Regulation E requirements? Effective July 1, 2010 for new accounts and August 15, 2010 for existing accounts, consumers will be required to "Opt In" to continue using Overdraft Privilege for ATM and everyday debit card transactions. Overdraft Privilege will continue to be available for checks, ACH and preauthorized automatic payments up to the limit allowed and at our discretion. By opting-in, you will save the embarrassment and inconvenience of a declined ATM or everyday debit card transaction.
