Lighthouse Photography enjoys a 20-year history of capturing memories for Atlanta's Brides. We bring flexibility of our wedding packaging to meet the customer's needs. Lighthouse will shoot a combination of both Traditional and Photojournalistic Photography for your wedding. Our base package will include up to 7 hours and 2 photographers.

Photojournalism as it applies to your wedding is all about capturing moments as they happen, anticipating events and including, in some cases, foreground or background supporting subjects to the main. Our goal is to capture your wedding day in a time-line of moments and moods, candidly without need for ‘posing’. These are represented by smiles and hugs, by laughter and tears, all of individual lives brought to a single day and now the recording of that day.

Lighthouse also shoots Company Holiday Parties, Award Ceremonies, Charity Events, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Vow Renewals, Bar mitzvah's, Bat mitzvah's, Sweet Sixteen Parties, Graduation Parties, Confirmation, Baptisms, Retirement Parties, Proms and Fashion Shows.
Headshots / Studio Photography

We can use your ideas or ours for your baby's pictures. Talk to us about our 3-6-9 month package. These images are best caught in the home during that 'special time of day'. Lighthouse has several packages to choose from. Start your collection of professional images from newborn to toddler.
Kids Photos / Head shots
Our photographers can set up a studio appointment for your youngsters or maybe a 'backyard shoot'. Black 'n white, color, bare-foot, or what have you. We can offer the traditional posed images or we can help you build a professional record of those special candid images.
Senior (High School) Photos and Senior Portfolios
Lighthouse offers packages for high school seniors both in-studio and outdoor locations. Portray your mood and 'look' to print. Let our lighting specialists bring about memorable gallery of images that is you. Now picture these images creatively arranged on pages in your 'book' (portfolio) by our design team.

Depending on the size of your family, Lighthouse may be able to accommodate them in a studio sitting, or take our show on the road to an outdoor location. Parks, lakes, rivers, streams and meadows make great backdrops for that family grouping.

Have us take creative images during late stages of your pregnancy. We can set up specular lighting in the studio for your shoot. Lighthouse will make every attempt to involve other family members as well. You can leave the creativity to us as you anticipate the arrival of your family's newest member. Images are captured in color. You may want to consider conversion to black and white however.

We have been shooting our engagement sessions for over 10 years and usually at the same location, but will gladly commute to a location of your choosing. Our engagement packages often include additional complimentary offers. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Capture that dreamy, fine-art look at your own location. We will compliment the mood with our special soft-focus filtering and creative lighting. We are always open to your ideas and may want to brainstorm by email or telephone conversations before actually shooting. Please enclose any examples of images that you find particularly interesting in print or in an email .

Do you have an urge to create special alluring images for yourself or that deserving someone in your life? We have examples for you to look through. Planning will include choice of color of background to match clothing. And, of course, the setting. (We're always open to your ideas) Tasteful use of nudes and/or partial nudes may want to be considered.

Lighthouse can provide photographers with runway photography experience for your event or service. We have had the models themselves hire us to record their event.
Commercial / Product Photography
Do you have a new product that you need to launch? A good photograph will help to promote your ideas. We can further assist with marketing schemes, mailers, postcards and/or catalog layout and printing.
Security / Insurance Record Photography
Protect your valuables. Have Lighthouse photograph your jewelry, heirlooms and other items of value. A good photograph will go along way in recovery of lost or stolen valuables or speedy insurance appraisal of damaged goods.

Lighthouse images captured in black and white offer a mood seemingly lost in time. Lighting is the key here, generally a single light source i.e. a window or hallway for the 'dark' image.......strong whites for the high-key but almost always in black and white. We can combine this effect with any glamour of boudoir photography ventures.
