Our services include title searches; loan closings; purchase and sale closings; preparation of real estate contracts; preparation of residential and commercial leases; preparation of notes, deeds to secure debt and other related documents, petitions to quiet title; foreclosures; as well as petitions to partition which may be necessary if you own property jointly with others and the property needs to be sold or divided.

ESTATE PLANNINGOur services include the preparation of simple wills, wills with trusts, estate planning wills, family limited partnership, living wills, durable powers of attorney for health care, general financial powers of attorney, insurance trusts, and other trusts.

PROBATEOur services include the probate of wills, the administration of estates, as well as guardianships.

Our sevices include assisting clients who have encountered financial difficulty with filing for protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code. We offer consumer filings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Filing bankruptcy offers immediate relief to a debtor, by prohibiting all collection attempts. Activities prohibited by the Bankruptcy Code include phone calls and letters designed to collect a debt, as well as lawsuits, garnishments, repossessions and foreclosures.
