Michael O'Dell, the owner, does all bidding and proposals. We usually hold all appointments on Saturdays to allow Michael to give you his full attention. It also allows Michael to be on the job during weekdays, supervising and completing projects.

Michael O'Dell is a master carpenter with 27 years experience. He has been a licensed contractor since 1987. Having this expertise and background will allow Michael to offer great suggestions and input, as well as manage and complete your project with quality.

Michael personally supervises his crews. Often in this business you will meet with the owner, who takes your check, but a completely different person is managing your project. That is not the case with O'Dell Enterprises! Don't let jacklegs and rookies manage your project!

O'Dell Enterprises is licensed and insured by the state of Georgia. All of the sub-contractors that we work with are also licensed and insured.

Michael schedules one job at a time to ensure a quality end product with the attention that you deserve. This may mean a slight wait before your job is up in the queue, but once we get started, the project will move fast because you will have our undivided attention.

O'Dell Enterprises only builds custom homes and custom home improvements. Cookie-cutter development subdivisions and spec homes are not what we spend our time on, and instead work on high-quality projects with personal attention.

O'Dell Enterprises puts you first. We know that living with renovations and improvements can be challenging, so we do our best to make the process as smooth as possible. This includes cleaning up after ourselves daily, so you don't have to live with a mess!
