The plastic surgery practice evolved and eventually became Marietta Plastic Surgery, a four surgeon group practice. When he started his Marietta plastic surgery practice, Dr. Lintner's vision was to have the finest plastic surgical group practice in the nation. Over time, he learned that group practices were more to the convenience of the physician than to the benefit of the patient. It was then that he decided to build a new kind of plastic surgery practice. Dr. Lintners vision for Advanced Aesthetic Surgery was to establish a personal and compassionate practice with only one physician. He needed to start a plastic and reconstructive surgery practice with its sole focus on the patient. It took a long time to realize his true dream and it was a hard lesson to learn, but Dr. Lintner now knows that this is the only way he wants to practice medicine.
