I’m Tammy Barrow and my company specializes in the tent and party rental industry. I take my job very seriously and make sure that I have detailed information regarding your wishes so that can (in part) envision your dreams. I will work closely with you in all stages of your event: planning, creating, designing, implementing and executing. I am available to meet with you to discuss your needs 7 days a week at your convenience. My entire business is built on service, quality, integrity and total project accountability. Flawless execution is my goal. You deserve the best for your special event and that’s what I deliver.

Our company prides itself on first rate service. We will work closely with you, event planners, caterers and other vendors or individuals to bring together the best in top quality events that will impress your guests. You will receive personal 1 to 1 attention and service with on-going communication throughout all stages of your event.We will be more than happy to answer your questions or take care of any concerns immediately.Company portfolio and referrals are available on request.We are also available to meet with you at any time 7 days a week for your convenience.

Our standards are extremely high, because every item that leaves our facility represents us. We pay close attention to detail and this is what sets us apart from our competition. All of our employees are personally trained, uniformed, respectful and courteous at all times. We guarantee that our tents and equipment will arrive clean, on time and in excellent condition. We are also very conscious of and CAUTIOUS of site obstacles such as: flowerbeds, sprinkler systems and underground utilities. We assure our clients that we will perform in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Every site will be left as we found it, clean and orderly. When your tent is gone all that will remain is fond memories.

1) Know your budget: Setting up a budget and knowing what you can spend will help you in the planning stages of your event.

2) List your objectives: Write down what you are looking for and expecting from each vendor. This is like your event plan. Make it very detailed and list the different items and equipment needed. Write down the colors and sizes (if possible) and any special requests for each vendor.

3) Ask questions: When talking with vendors ask specific questions and listen carefully to their answers. In addition to your own personal planning questions, here are a few other questions I suggest you ask:

Will you and your staff arrive on time and in uniform?
Will you and your staff be courteous and respectful of me, my property, other vendors and individuals?
Will you keep me up-to-date and communicate with me throughout the different stages of my event so that I will not stress and grow anxious?
Will you give me your personal 1-on-1 attention and service?
Will you pay close attention to detail and take care of any and all concerns I may have?
Are you a member of any professional trade groups?

4) Once you are satisfied that you are working with an honest, competent, professional, invite them to give you a written quotation for the items/ services you desire. A written quotation gives you the assurance that you know exactly what your job will cost no surprises. This will help you stay within your budget.
