Biographical Information Rusty Simpson is a former Superior Court Judge of the Tifton Judicial Circuit and an experienced courtroom attorney who has handled all types of cases in both State and Federal Courts. During his 35 years experience as an attorney, he has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants, including insurance companies, medical groups, and public entities. His practice principally included the geographic areas of middle and south Georgia but he also has experience in Superior Courts throughout the state. As a Superior Court Judge, he tried civil domestic and non-domestic matters, including child custody and divorce cases. He served as an arbitrator in the ADR program in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia since the inception of the program and as a mediator in more than 250 cases during the last fifteen years while practicing law. As a mediator, Rusty has settled over 90% of all cases mediated. This wide range of experience has provided him the expertise and skills required of a successful mediator/arbitrator.

$100.00 per party per hour (for attendance at the mediation)
$50.00 per party per hour for preparation
$25.00 per party per hour for travel plus mileage .445 per mile (mileage is charged only for proceedings conducted outside Tift County)
NOTE: Rates charged for mediation/arbitration services may vary somewhat based upon the number of parties and the complexity of the matter. Specific rates will be provided for a particular matter upon scheduling.
